About the Event

The fall of Singapore to the Japanese was described by Winston Churchill as "the worst disaster and largest capitulation in British history”


David Tucker’s father was a newly graduated doctor when he enlisted in 1940, and was sent to Malaya as Regimental Medical Officer to the 2nd/4th Anti-Tank Regiment. He spent 3 ½ years as a POW in Singapore prisons Changi and Blackang Mati under Japanese rule during WW2.


5:30pm for a 6pm sitdown.

Tickets includes dinner (set menu) and one beverage of choice with bread and salad for the table.
