About the Event
Debra Royle has been a member of ROC since August 2010 and is a Paul Harris Fellow. She recently volunteered to be a ShelterBox Advocate and will inform about what ShelterBox does and where, along with how Rotary supports this vital work.
ShelterBox provides widespread shelter to people suffering following a disaster. It works in challenging places, and it supports families to resume their pre-existing lives.
We provide emergency shelter and tools for families robbed of their homes by disastrous events, and in turn, it transforms people's despair into hope.
From Cameroon to Syria, to the Philippines and the Caribbean, ShelterBox has provided shelter to over 2.5 million people.
